Terms of Service for Gotik Idle

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using Gotik Idle, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. License

Kaspar Media grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Gotik Idle for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify or redistribute the app, reverse engineer the app, manipulate save data, purchases or progression systems, use cheats, exploits or automation tools, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

3. Gameplay and Progress

Gotik Idle is a dynamic offline idle RPG.

Game systems, balancing, rewards, items, crafting, character development and other gameplay elements may change through updates.

Kaspar Media does not guarantee permanent availability of specific balance values, features or progression systems.

4. In-App Purchases

Gotik Idle offers optional in-app purchases, including additional character slots and an optional auto-renewable subscription called Supporter Membership.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Refunds and payment issues are handled according to Apple's App Store policies. Kaspar Media cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

5. Subscription Terms

Supporter Membership has a one-month duration. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

6. Apple Standard EULA

For distribution through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement may also apply:

7. Availability and Updates

Kaspar Media may update, modify or discontinue features of Gotik Idle at any time.

The app is provided as available and may not be compatible with all devices or all future operating system versions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gotik Idle is provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaspar Media is not liable for loss of game progress, device issues, indirect damages, changes to game balance, or temporary or permanent unavailability of features.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
