2. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile application “Gotik Idle”.

3. License

The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

4. In-App Purchases

Gotik Idle offers optional in-app purchases, including:

• Additional character slots (non-consumables)
• An optional auto-renewable subscription (“Supporter Membership”)

All purchases are processed via the Apple App Store.

5. Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

Supporter Membership – 1 Month Duration

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

6. Restore Purchases

Non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions can be restored via the “Restore Purchases” feature in the app, provided they were purchased with the same Apple ID.

7. Apple Standard EULA

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies where applicable:

8. Liability

KASPAR Media is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages.
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated if legal or functional changes occur.
The currently published version applies.
