By downloading, accessing or using Handball Regelwerk, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

The app is intended to support learning and preparation. It does not replace official rulebooks, federation communications, training materials or exam instructions.

3. No Guarantee of Official Completeness

Kaspar Media aims to provide useful and carefully structured content, but does not guarantee that all content is always complete, error-free, up to date or officially relevant for a specific exam.

Users should always review official rulebooks, federation information and exam materials where accuracy or official relevance matters.

4. License

Kaspar Media grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Handball Regelwerk for private learning and reference purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify or redistribute the app
• Reverse engineer the app
• Manipulate learning progress, purchases or app systems
• Extract, republish or misuse app content
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable law

5. Content Updates

Rules, explanations, question sets, learning boxes, statistics and exam preparation content may be changed, corrected or expanded through updates.

Kaspar Media does not guarantee permanent availability of specific content, wording, question sets or learning features.

6. In-App Purchases

If Handball Regelwerk offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Refunds and payment issues are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

Kaspar Media cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

8. Availability and Updates

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaspar Media is not liable for:

• Learning or exam outcomes
• Incomplete, outdated or incorrect rule content
• Loss of local learning progress
• Device issues
• Indirect damages
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of features

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
