Terms of Service for Pyramid Idle

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using Pyramid Idle, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. License

Kaspar Media grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Pyramid Idle for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify or redistribute the app
• Reverse engineer the app
• Manipulate save data, purchases or progression systems
• Use cheats, exploits or automation tools
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable law

3. Gameplay and Progress

Pyramid Idle is a dynamic idle builder game.

Game systems, balancing, upgrade costs, rewards, offline progress, worker systems, quarry systems, technology values and other gameplay elements may change through updates.

Kaspar Media does not guarantee permanent availability of specific balance values, features or progression systems.

4. In-App Purchases

If Pyramid Idle offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Refunds and payment issues are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

Kaspar Media cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

5. Apple Standard EULA

For distribution through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement may also apply:

6. Availability and Updates

Kaspar Media may update, modify or discontinue features of Pyramid Idle at any time.

The app is provided as available and may not be compatible with all devices or all future operating system versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pyramid Idle is provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaspar Media is not liable for:

• Loss of game progress
• Device issues
• Indirect damages
• Changes to game balance
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of features

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
