Privacy Policy for KASPAR Tarot

1. Overview
KASPAR Tarot is developed by Kaspar Media. The app is designed as a personal tarot, astrology and journaling companion. Kaspar Media does not sell personal data.
2. Local App Data
KASPAR Tarot may store data locally on the user's device, including:
- Saved tarot readings
- Selected spreads
- Journal entries
- Favorite cards or readings
- App settings
- Selected design/theme settings
- Optional zodiac/birth-related settings if the user enters them
- Purchase entitlement status if in-app purchases/subscriptions are used
Locally stored data may be deleted if the user deletes the app, unless the app later implements backup or sync features.
3. Personal Reflection Content
User-generated journal entries and readings are personal content. Where this content is stored only locally on the user's device, it is not transmitted to Kaspar Media.
If iCloud, backend services, analytics, crash reporting, AI/network services or other data transmission features are added or enabled in the app, this section must be updated before release to describe the data handling accurately.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
If KASPAR Tarot offers paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions through StoreKit, payments are processed by Apple.
Kaspar Media does not receive full payment card details. The app may store purchase status locally to unlock features.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID or App Store subscription settings.
5. No Sale of Personal Data
Kaspar Media does not sell personal data.
6. Analytics, Diagnostics and Third-Party Services
At the time of this policy, KASPAR Tarot is intended to operate without third-party advertising or third-party tracking.
If analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, backend services or third-party SDKs are added in a future version, this policy must be updated before release to describe the data collected, purpose, provider and retention.
7. Children
KASPAR Tarot is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher age threshold, that requirement should be followed.
8. Data Retention
Locally stored data remains on the device until deleted by the user, reset within the app, or removed when deleting the app.
9. User Choices
Users can delete readings or journal entries where the app provides controls.
Users can delete the app to remove local app data. Users can manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings.
