Terms of Use for KASPAR Tarot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using KASPAR Tarot, users agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Apple Standard EULA

KASPAR Tarot is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom license agreement is provided through App Store Connect. These Terms of Use supplement the Apple Standard EULA and do not limit your rights under applicable law.

3. License

Kaspar Media grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for private, non-commercial purposes.

Users may not:

• Copy, modify or redistribute the app
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Manipulate purchases, subscription status or unlock systems
• Use the app unlawfully
• Extract or reuse app content, card interpretations, layouts or artwork without permission

4. Entertainment and Reflection Disclaimer

KASPAR Tarot is provided for entertainment, symbolic reflection, journaling and personal self-inquiry only.

The app does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, relationship or other professional advice.

The app does not guarantee future outcomes. Users remain solely responsible for their decisions.

5. Tarot and Astrology Content

Tarot and astrology interpretations are symbolic and subjective. They should not be treated as factual predictions or professional guidance.

6. User Content and Journal Entries

Users are responsible for content they enter into the app.

Where journal content is stored locally, Kaspar Media does not review local journal content.

Users should not enter unlawful, harmful or third-party confidential content.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

The app, website, original text, original card interpretations, original layouts, original illustrations, design, branding, code and related materials are owned by Kaspar Media or its licensors.

No rights are transferred to the user except the limited license to use the app. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Kaspar Media does not claim ownership over public-domain tarot concepts themselves, and KASPAR Tarot is not affiliated with Apple or third-party tarot deck publishers.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If KASPAR Tarot offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, purchases are processed through Apple.

Subscription terms, duration and price are shown in the App Store purchase flow. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple's rules.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID settings. Restoring purchases should be available inside the app if applicable.

Digital purchases unlock app features but do not transfer ownership of app content.

9. Availability and Changes

Kaspar Media may update, modify or discontinue features. Some features may depend on device compatibility, iOS version, or purchase status.

10. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kaspar Media is not liable for indirect damages or decisions made based on tarot or astrology content.

12. Termination

Users may stop using the app at any time. Kaspar Media may restrict access if the terms are violated, where technically applicable.

These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country or region.
