1. Overview

M43 is developed by Kaspar Media. M43 is designed as a private planning and goal achievement app.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when users use M43. M43 is designed to avoid unnecessary data collection.

2. Data Stored on Device

M43 may store planning data locally on the user's device, including goals, tasks, notes, calendar-style entries, reminders, preferences and app settings.

Local app data is used to provide the app's planning and organization features. Users control the information they enter into the app.

If authentication, Face ID, device unlock or stored login preferences are used, these are handled through iOS or system features where applicable.

3. Permissions

If calendar, files or similar iOS permissions are used, access is only used for user-selected app actions.

Users can review and change iOS permissions in the Settings app where applicable.

4. Notifications

If notifications are enabled, they are used for reminders or app-related planning notifications only.

Users can enable or disable notifications in iOS Settings.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If M43 offers paid features, purchases or subscriptions, they are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

Kaspar Media does not receive full payment card details from Apple. The app may receive purchase status information from Apple to unlock features, restore purchases or verify access.

6. Third-Party Services

M43 may rely on Apple services such as the App Store, StoreKit, notifications, iCloud, iOS permissions, device security features, diagnostics or crash reports where applicable.

If analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, backend services, AI or network services, or third-party SDKs are added in the future, this Privacy Policy must be updated before release of those changes.

7. Data Sharing

Kaspar Media does not sell personal data.

Information may be handled by Apple or other service providers where necessary for App Store distribution, purchases, system features, diagnostics or services enabled in the app.

8. Children's Privacy

M43 is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Data Retention

Local app data remains on the user's device until deleted by the user, removed through app settings where available, overwritten by normal app operation or removed by deleting the app.

Kaspar Media does not operate a central M43 user account database unless explicitly introduced in a future update.

10. User Choices

Users can choose what planning information they enter into M43.

Most local app data can usually be removed by deleting the app or clearing local data where available.

Users can manage permissions, notifications and subscriptions through iOS or Apple ID settings where applicable.

11. Changes to this Policy

Kaspar Media may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page.

If material features such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, backend services, AI or network services, or third-party SDKs are introduced, this policy should be updated before those changes are released.
