3. App Description

M43 is a planning and goal achievement app for personal organization, tasks, routines, calendar-style planning and productivity.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own plans, deadlines, decisions and actions.

M43 does not guarantee goal achievement, business outcomes, financial results, career outcomes or specific productivity results.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse M43, including by:

• Violating applicable law
• Reverse engineering, modifying or disrupting the app
• Manipulating purchases, subscriptions or entitlement checks
• Using the app for unlawful content, harassment or abuse
• Extracting data or attempting unauthorized access
• Interfering with app security, availability or normal operation

6. No Professional Advice

M43 does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, tax, business or professional advice.

Users should make their own decisions and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If M43 offers paid features, purchases or subscriptions, they are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Subscription terms, price and renewal details are shown in the App Store purchase flow before confirmation.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID settings. Restoring purchases should be available in the app if applicable.

Refunds, billing and subscription management are subject to Apple's App Store rules.

8. Intellectual Property

M43, its design, branding, app structure, interface and related materials are owned by Kaspar Media or its licensors.

Users retain responsibility for the information they enter into the app.

9. Availability and Changes

Kaspar Media may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of M43 from time to time.

Kaspar Media does not guarantee that M43 will be available without interruption or error on every device or iOS version.

10. Disclaimer

M43 is provided "as is" and "as available".

Kaspar Media does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every planning purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaspar Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
