Privacy Policy for PhotoGPT
Last updated: June 4, 2026
1. Overview
PhotoGPT is developed by Kaspar Media. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PhotoGPT.
PhotoGPT is designed around private, local creative workflows for image generation and image editing. The app does not require account registration.
2. Local Prompts, Images and Generated Content
PhotoGPT may process prompts, selected images, generated images, editing settings and generation preferences on the user's device where local generation is used.
The app may store generated images, temporary files, settings, recent prompts or editing history locally on the device if needed for app functionality.
Users control whether they save, export, share or delete generated content.
3. Photos and Media Access
If the user grants access to Photos or files, PhotoGPT uses that access only for user-selected creative actions such as importing an image, transforming a photo or saving an output.
PhotoGPT should not access the user's photo library without permission.
Photo access can be changed in iOS Settings.
4. No Account Registration
PhotoGPT does not require a Kaspar Media account to use the core app experience.
5. In-App Purchases
If PhotoGPT offers paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Kaspar Media does not receive or store credit card details, billing addresses or payment credentials.
The app may receive purchase status information from Apple to unlock features, restore purchases or verify access.
6. Analytics, Diagnostics and Crash Reports
PhotoGPT is designed to avoid unnecessary data collection.
If Apple system diagnostics, TestFlight diagnostics or App Store crash reports are available to Kaspar Media, they are handled through Apple's systems.
If third-party analytics or crash reporting tools are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Notifications
If PhotoGPT uses notifications, they may be used for generation-related reminders or app-related information only.
Users can enable or disable notifications in iOS Settings.
8. Third-Party Services
PhotoGPT may rely on Apple services such as the App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, Photos, Files or system-level iOS features where applicable.
Apple's own privacy practices are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
9. Children's Privacy
PhotoGPT is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children.
If someone believes personal data has been provided to Kaspar Media, they can contact support@kasparmedia.de.
10. Data Retention
Local app data remains on the user's device until deleted by the user, removed through app settings, overwritten by normal app operation or removed by deleting the app.
Kaspar Media does not operate a central PhotoGPT user account database unless explicitly introduced in a future update.
11. Your Rights
Depending on location, users may have rights regarding personal data, including access, correction or deletion.
Because PhotoGPT is designed around local use and does not require account registration, most app data can be removed by deleting the app or clearing local app data where available.
For privacy questions, contact support@kasparmedia.de.
12. Changes to This Policy
Kaspar Media may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page.
