1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PhotoGPT, users agree to these Terms.
2. App Description
PhotoGPT is an iOS app for image generation, image transformation and prompt-based photo editing. The app is designed for private creative workflows and local/on-device processing where supported.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their prompts, imported images, generated images, edits, exports and sharing behavior.
Users must ensure they have the necessary rights for images they import, transform, save or share.
4. Generated Content
Generated output may vary and may be imperfect, unexpected or unsuitable for a specific purpose.
Kaspar Media does not guarantee that generated images will always match a prompt, style or user expectation.
Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before use or publication.
5. Prohibited Use
Users may not use PhotoGPT to:
- Violate applicable law
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Harass, defame or impersonate others
- Create misleading, harmful or abusive content
- Generate or distribute content that violates App Store rules
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app
6. Local Processing and Device Performance
Generation time and output quality may depend on device model, available storage, memory, selected settings and image complexity.
Users should keep the app open and the device active while generation is running.
Kaspar Media does not guarantee uninterrupted generation on every device.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
If PhotoGPT offers paid features, purchases or subscriptions, they are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Refunds, billing and subscription management are subject to Apple's App Store rules.
8. Intellectual Property
PhotoGPT, its design, branding, app structure, interface and related materials are owned by Kaspar Media or its licensors.
Users retain responsibility for their own imported content.
Generated output rights may depend on applicable law, user input, third-party rights and platform rules.
9. No Professional Advice
PhotoGPT is a creative tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
10. Disclaimer
PhotoGPT is provided "as is" and "as available".
Kaspar Media does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every creative purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaspar Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
12. Changes to the App or Terms
Kaspar Media may update, modify or discontinue parts of PhotoGPT or these Terms. Changes will be published on this page.
13. Apple Standard EULA
Where applicable, use of PhotoGPT is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement:
